My Mitzvah Project is to raise money for Chai Lifeline's Camp Simcha! This is a camp for kids with serious illnesses, such as cancer and other serious chronic diseases. At Camp Simcha, these kids are given the opportunity to have a normal life. The camp offers kosher and overnight hospitalities, as well as access to medical support while on the property. Young children and teens are given opportunities to lose their identities a “sick” or “disabled” and given a chance to have a normal summer. They forget about being sick and get to enjoy themselves in a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to support Chai Lifeline in this remarkable project. Please help me accomplish my goal of raising $1,500. No contribution is too little, and definitely not too big. You could help me make a big difference in the life of so many sick children, who truly need it. What a great mitzvah!
